Welcome to mylongdistancemover.com (the “Site”), operated by LD Marketing LLC, doing business as Top Long Distance Movers (“TLDM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Nature of the service
The Site provides a way for consumers to request information and estimates for long-distance moving services and to connect with potential service providers. LD Marketing LLC does not itself transport household goods, operate moving trucks, or perform moves. A request through the Site does not guarantee a quote, service availability, a particular price, or acceptance by a moving company.
Independent participating providers are responsible for the accuracy of their offers and for their own services, contracts, licensing, insurance, scheduling, transportation, and performance. Confirm all important terms directly with the provider before hiring or paying anyone.
Quote requests and accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a quote request, including your contact details, moving locations, intended moving date, and move size. Estimates, illustrative figures, promotional prices, and discounts displayed on the Site are not binding moving contracts and may depend on eligibility, inventory, route, availability, and additional services.
Sharing of inquiry information and communications
By submitting information, you authorize us to process your inquiry and share it with participating moving providers or other relevant service providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Your form submission may include separate consent to receive calls, texts, or emails from LD Marketing LLC and disclosed participating providers about your request and related services, using automated technology where permitted. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may withdraw it using the methods in our Privacy Policy.
Electronic communications, including notices provided on the Site or by email, may satisfy written-notice requirements to the extent allowed by law.
Eligibility and acceptable use
The Site is intended for individuals age 18 or older, or persons using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Limitations of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LD MARKETING LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR DEALINGS WITH INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS LIABILITY WHERE A LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify LD Marketing LLC against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
